My Peanut Butter Lover Protein Shake
- 1 scoop peanut butter protein powder (vanilla will also work)
- 1 TB natural peanut butter (I use PB2 for this recipe)
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 banana (preferably frozen)
- 3-5 ice cubes

Took a 10 mg ir adderall to study at noon today… It is now 4 am I passed out for like 2 hours, and I have to make it through a 10 hour work day and until 10pm tonight when my test is over… I don’t see this happening.
